Guest List Template  – Download the template, and use it to keep track of who you have invited, their contact information for quick reference if you need to get in touch with them, there is also a section to track who has sent gifts so you can easily send out thank you notes.

Essential Information – this worksheet is full of all the little details we will need to create your wedding suite (it can be modified for other events), take a few moments to look it over and fill it out as much as you can, this will give us a good starting place at your initial consultation, don’t worry if you  don’t know all the answers, that is what we are here for!
